    Our exit interview document is organized by question topic with notes from the interviewer on each topic. The document also includes a survey at the end, prompting the employee to give the company a score from 0 to 5 regarding job satisfaction, development, management satisfaction, workplace satisfaction, compensation, and the company as a whole. Lastly, our document tallies up a final total satisfaction score out of 100 based on the survey response.
